This very modern luxury villa is located exactly halfway between the exclusive resort of Elounda and the fishing village of Plaka. Here you can experience spectacular sunsets and watching the boats on their way between Agios Nikolaos and the historic island of Spinalonga. She is very quiet, surrounded by a Mediterranean-style garden. Children have plenty of room to play here. The interior of the house is very comfortable and tasteful, bright colors, quality materials, modern technology and the many light which can fall through the numerous windows from outside only want one of these holidays may never end!

Six people can in three bedrooms, living here, spread. In the gallery above the living area there is an additional bed on a foldout couch. On the upper floor is the living room with the cozy sofa corner, the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, dining room with fireplace and the master bedroom ensuite with luxury bathrooms.
A staircase from precious marble leads to the lower floor. Here are the two other bedrooms, a very nice bathroom and a utility room, where our guests can also accommodate their luggage.

But even under the open sky to our guests enjoy every minute of your vacation and there are also plenty of highlights here! On the one hand there is the private beach, small but sweet!
Two parasols provide plenty of shade, sun loungers are available. The sea is here, as everywhere in Crete, very clean and clear. If you want to wash off the salt water after swimming in the sea, extra shower was built next to the beach by the owner.

Other lures the own pool on the terrace with comfortable chairs made of wood and covered barbecue pavilion with a stone oven and grill can be assembled into convivial meals together our guests.

The lively resort of Elounda with shops, bars and restaurants is about four kilometers, to Plaka with its cozy fish taverns three kilometers. An absolute must is a boat trip to the island of Spinalonga, the former leper colony. From Plaka from the boat trip takes just a few minutes.

A 9-hole golf course are available in Elounda.
